My calf had a muscle spasm last night. I woke up screaming in pain. Now it feels like I have a horribly torn calf muscle :/

  • Doctor: Hi how are you
  • Leslie: Oh I'm good
  • Doctor: So what's the problem
  • Leslie: Well my wrist hurts because I train regularly ---
  • Doctor: Before you go on, are you CrossFitting?
  • Leslie: LOLNO
  • Doctor: Okay, good. We get more injuries in here from CrossFit than from everything else combined.

Binge Binge Binge

I got the news that my brother passed out at the wheel, ran off a bridge, landed over 100 ft upside down, and nearly killed 2 kids.
In my upset-ness, I ended up eating every bad, sugary, and non-paleo thing on sight. My tummy hurts and I just want my brother to be out of the Med.
